Reset your Blackberry mobile browser

For Blackberry OS versions 4 and 5

  1. Open the web browser and press the menu key.
  2. Scroll down and select Options.
  3. Select "Cache Operations".
  4. Select "Clear History". Then select "Clear" for "Content Cache", and "Clear" for "Cookie Cache".
  5. Press the back button. You will see the message "Cleaning memory".
  6. Press the back button again to return to the browser. If it's already showing the page you want, be sure to reload it by selecting Menu, then "Refresh".
